The students will learn: the fundamentals of mass spectrometry, the structure and functioning of various commercially available mass spectrometers, and the unique features of each instrument. These aspects will be illustrated through practical examples from fields such as clinical studies, environmental sciences, chemistry,
biology, and food sciences, giving students a confident grasp of the subject.
